Mother's Day 2020

"My Dad, with a full smile on his face and crazy love in his eyes, used to say, “I love you.” And then he’d say, “but remember: nobody loves you like your mother.” He meant it, and he meant it as a positive thing. It could have been confusing to a little kid, but I understood it. I think it was his way of trying to show a young boy just how important his Mother is. This song comes from that notion. It’s not finished, but I felt like sharing it anyway. I know this is a hard day for many. All my love to you, and to all the mothers in this world, thank you for everything."
